Özet
New synthesis designs have been introduced by adapting the way Lego blocks can be combined quickly and easily to chemistry, and this is called click chemistry. 1, 2 It is considered a crucial step to easily realize molecules that have medical or economic importance with the click chemistry approach. The idea of building complex molecules has always been exciting to chemists because it means being able to artificially recreate natural molecules with desired properties. This is because you have to figure out what is normally quite a complex, time-consuming process and how to put the different parts of the compounds together. In doing so, it is essential that you create real and functional chemical bonds that connect atoms correctly to form the right product. In addition, there will be unwanted by-products generated at each step that must be removed in order to continue with the rest of the process. 3
