Kolej-Okul Temalı Yeşilçam Filmlerinde Sosyal Algı ve Öğretmen-Öğrenci İlişkileri: Kültürel ve Durumsal Analiz

| Sosyalleşme, sosyal yapının üyesi olan bireyin üyeliğe hazırlanma sürecidir. Sosyal bir varlık olması nedeniyle birey, içinde bulunduğu çevreyle kesintisiz olarak süren bir etkileşim halindedir. Bahse konu etkileşim, onun tüm davranışlarını etkilemektedir. Keza, aile dışındaki hiçbir sosyal kurum, bireyin geleceği üzerinde okul kadar etkili değildir. Dahası okulun temel amacı, topluma yaratıcı ve yapıcı güçte bireyler yetiştirmektir. Okul, bireye kendi gereksinim ve amaçlarıyla sosyal dünyasını bütünleştirerek doyum sağlayabilme olanağı hazırlar. Nitekim kurum olarak okulu ele aldığımızda; öğretmen, öğrenci, yönetici, denetleyici gibi insan boyutu ve derslerin, programların, kuralların oluşturduğu sistem boyutundan oluşan bütüncül bir yapıdan bahsetmiş oluruz. Bu bağlamda, bilgilendirme ve sosyalleşme alanı olarak değerlendirilen okulda, bireyin sosyalleşmesinde en önemli unsur ise öğretmendir. Öğretmen, bireyin istenilen nitelikte yetişmesinde ve çağın gereklerine uygun hazırlanmasında önemli görev ve sorumlulukları bulunmaktadır. Eğitim sürecinde yapılan kusur, sadece bireyin istenilen nitelikte yetişmesine zarar vermez. Aynı zamanda sosyal yapıda da zararlı durumlar meydana getirir. Dolayısıyla, çağımızda bireyin istenilen nitelikte yetişmesinde önemli görevi bulunan öğretmenin hem bireye hem de topluma karşı sorumluluğu oldukça fazladır. Bu çalışmada; teknoloji çağını yaşadığımız günümüzde öğretmen tanımlamasında bir değişim söz konusu mudur? İdeal öğretmen öğrenci ilişkileri nasıl olmalı? gibi ve daha pek çok sorular kuramsal bağlamda tartışılacak ve “Kolej-Okul ikileminde kalan öğretmen algısı” kavramı açıklanacaktır. Bu bağlamda, teorik ve uygulamaya dönük, kolej-okul temalı Yeşilçam filmleri dönemsel olarak taranacak ve “Kolej-Okul” kavramı ekseninde “Öğretmen Algısı” anılan filmlerde görsel metin çözümleme yöntemi ile analiz edilecektir. Socialization is the process of preparing the individual as a member of the social structure for membership. Because of being a social entity, the individual is in an uninterrupted interaction with the environment in which it resides. The issue of betting affects all its behaviors. Likewise, no social institution outside the family is as effective as school on the future of the individual. Moreover, the main purpose of the school is to raise individuals with creative and constructive power to society. The school prepares the individual with the opportunity to achieve the satisfaction by integrating his or her own needs and goals into his or her social life. As a matter of fact, when we consider the school as an institution; teacher, student, administrator, controller, such as the human size and courses, programs, rules formed by the system consists of a holistic structure. In this context, the most important element in the socialization of the individual is teacher. The teacher has important duties and responsibilities in the preparation of the individual in the desired nature and in accordance with the requirements of the age. The defect in the training process does not only harm the upbringing of the individual to the desired quality. At the same time, the social structure also creates harmful situations. Therefore, the responsibility of the individual who has an important role in the development of the individual in our age is of great responsibility to both the individual and the society.In this study; is there a change in the definition of the teacher that we live in the age of technology? How should the ideal teacher student relations be? And many more questions will be discussed in the theoretical context. And the concept of “teacher perception remaining in the college-school dilemma” will be explained. In this context, theoretical and practical, College-School themed Yeşilçam films will be screened periodically and in the films called “teacher perception” within the framework of the concept of “college-school”, visual text analysis will be analyzed. |
