Özet
Organizations increasingly acknowledge that data-driven insights are essential for successful innovation; nonetheless, there is a significant deficiency in frameworks for systematically evaluating and enhancing analytical capabilities within innovation process. This study introduces the Innovation Analytics Maturity Model (IAMM), a framework that allows organizations to assess and enhance their ability to utilize analytics across the innovation lifecycle. IAMM addresses the convergence of innovation maturity and analytics maturity--two areas that have been predominantly studied in isolation, despite their increasing interrelation in contemporary business contexts.
