| Transfer price gives an oppotunity to the sale of goods between business units, and support of the profit to departments in the profit centers during the process of intercompany trade. In general, it is a factor that increase the advantage of competition by the way of pricing the product at almost the same level of minimum price between the most profit and the market price. As a result, product sale with a low price between the competitors who sell the same product, will increase the market share of business and its profit. |
